This was taken at the tunnel on the way to Esplanade where they always displayed some artistic stuff on the walls
The day I went was on photos and they have lots of it on display so it was a good opportunity to take the shot =)

Quite obvious where this place is, at Raffles City, Swissotel~
Cuz of the height of this building, I think it makes a good wide perspective shot~
The clouds just gave it a little more details to the otherwise plain shot

I wanted to take insects for this theme but the ants I found are too tiny or when I found good ones would be the times I did not bring a camera out....
So i just decided on this since there's tons of this in the house and mind you I don't know what this flower is called but it's quite small, just slightly bigger than a 50cents coin, maybe 1.5 times bigger?
Anyways I realised that even with the 100mm macro lens there's still limitations as to how close you can get (thus the reason why I couldn't take the tiny ants cuz they still look small though I was pretty close =|)
So this was probably the closest I could get for this shot~

Took it at the void deck, initially I thought I would look boring but then when transferred to the monitor, I think it looks kind of interesting
It has this antique looking feel to it, and it looks kind of lonely too~ Ahhh... Or maybe that's just me

Couldn't find any test subjects at the time so I grabbed my mickey, turned out pretty good so he's here now =D
I used my light stand with shade as the light source and place mickey about half a meter away so that it won't look so bright~

I love this shot la
There was this random Singaporean band playing outside the Esplanade that day and I was really struggling with the theme zoom shot cuz I kept taking pictures of the scenery at the Fullerton side only (there were lots of lighting there so I thought it would be nice, but nope...)
Anyway I don't think the band sounded great but this guitarist suddenly stood in my line of view right at the centre and it was like a perfect moment so I quickly snapped it and tadah!
It gives a very vibrant feel to the band~

Okay I'm not too sure if this is right for the theme cuz it's symbolic of the sun but not necessarily a picture of the sun itself it seems, I'm not sure~
But as far as symbolic goes, I think this picture shows how the sun is symbolic for us people (or at least thats how I interpreted it)
It gives light and shadow to the earth as shown in the image and I love how the rays are reflected on the building
A very surreal feel~ Oh well, I'll take more pictures then if this is not really right~
